Less is More
The smaller the better. Our wines are all 3 to 6 barrel lots, under 200 cases of each varietal, thus allowing us to carefully and meticulously shape and influence them without losing touch with their specific character.
We consider it a success when the uniqueness and complexity of the wine mirrors the terroir of each of the vineyards the fruit came from. This is achieved by choosing quality over quantity.
